This notice explains how Eulia, Inc. ("Eulia", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through cedriel.com and cedriel.ai (the "site"), including when you contact us about a pilot. Eulia, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and the company behind Cedriel.
Cedriel itself
This notice covers the site, enquiries, and our calls and emails with you before any agreement. If your company uses Cedriel, including in a pilot, the agreement between your company and Eulia governs how the schedules, files and other information in Cedriel are handled, including the service providers that help us run it and how deletion works.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, work email and company, and anything you write in the optional project field. Please keep that field general and leave out names, places, clients or costs.
- When we talk or write to each other: the emails we exchange, the details needed to arrange a call, and any notes we make of our calls. If a call is recorded or transcribed, we also hold the recording or transcript. We tell you at the start of a call if it will be recorded or transcribed.
- When you visit: our hosting and security providers automatically receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time.
- If you accept analytics: information about how visitors use the site, such as the pages visited, the website that sent you to us, your browser, operating system and device type, your country, and how quickly pages load.
- Your cookie choice: a record of what you chose and when.

We need your name, work email and company to reply to you. Without them we cannot answer your enquiry. The project field is optional.
We do not use information you send us through the site to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Your right to object
You can object at any time to our use of your information based on our legitimate interests. If you object to follow-up messages about Cedriel, we will stop sending them. For other uses, we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the information for legal claims. To object, email privacy@cedriel.com or reply to any message from us.

Tracking across other websites
We do not track visitors across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity across different websites through our site. Because we do not track across sites, our site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or pieces of code that store or read information on your device. The site uses these:

The cookie choice and security cookies are needed for the site to work and are always on. Analytics stays off unless you accept it.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button on every page of the site. If you withdraw your consent, analytics stops from then on. Withdrawing does not affect analytics that took place before you withdrew. You can also delete cookies already on your device in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, emails, call notes, and any call recordings and transcripts: while we are discussing Cedriel or a possible pilot with you, and for 3 years after our last contact.
- Technical logs: up to 6 months.
- Analytics: 6 months.
- Cookie choice records: 12 months from when you made the choice.
Backup copies are removed as backups expire on their normal cycle.
We may keep information for longer, including after a request to delete it, where the law requires it or where we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Reviewing and changing your information
You can ask to review the information you sent us through the site, and ask us to change it, by emailing privacy@cedriel.com. We may need to confirm it is you.
Your rights if you are in the EU, EEA or UK
You have the right to:
- get a copy of your personal information;
- have it corrected;
- have it erased;
- have its use restricted;
- object to its use (see "Your right to object" above);
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting what we did before you withdrew;
- complain to a data protection authority. In the EU and EEA you can do this, for example, in the country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened. In the UK, the authority is the Information Commission (the ICO).
If you are in the UK, you can also complain to us directly at privacy@cedriel.com or by post to the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@cedriel.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Where your information goes
Eulia is based in the United States. Information you send us through the site, and information collected when you visit, goes to the United States. Our service providers handle it in the countries listed under "Who we share it with".
Our service providers receive personal information of people in the EU, EEA and UK from us. For people in the EU and EEA, the safeguard we rely on for each provider is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which form part of that provider's data processing terms. A provider may also be certified to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, but the clauses are the safeguard we rely on.
For people in the UK, the safeguard for each provider is the UK addendum to those clauses, also part of its data processing terms. UK regulations also approve transfers to providers in the United States that are certified to the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework.

We may update this notice. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and if a change is material we will say so at the top of this page. Where the law requires it, we will tell you before we use information we already hold for a new purpose.
