These terms apply to your use of cedriel.com and cedriel.ai (the "site"), operated by Eulia, Inc. ("Eulia", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site and Cedriel
The site is for business use. It is meant for people looking at Cedriel for the company or organisation they work for.
The site gives information about Cedriel and lets you contact us. It does not give you any right to use Cedriel. Using Cedriel, including in a pilot, requires a separate written agreement with Eulia, and that agreement, not these terms, governs Cedriel.
Information on the site
Information on the site is general information about Cedriel and how construction schedules are managed. It is not professional advice and is not an offer. Descriptions of Cedriel summarise what it is designed to do. The terms that bind Eulia are those in a signed agreement with your company, and if the site and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.
We may change, update or remove anything on the site at any time.
Using the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes, such as learning about Cedriel and contacting us. You must not:
- break the law, or anyone else's rights, in using the site;
- try to get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
- send anything harmful, such as malicious code;
- copy or collect content from the site by automated means, except as search engines do to index it;
- give false information when you contact us; or
- send us information you are not allowed to share, such as information covered by a confidentiality agreement.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time.
Who owns the site
Eulia and its licensors own the site and its content, including the Cedriel name and logo and the site's text, images and design. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own business use in assessing Cedriel. You may not otherwise copy, change, publish or reuse any part of it, or use the Cedriel name or logo, without our written permission. We keep all rights not expressly given in these terms.
Your suggestions
If you send us suggestions or ideas about the site or Cedriel, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information collected through the site.
Other websites
If the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including about its accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors or harmful code.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Eulia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business or data, arising out of or relating to the site or these terms. To the extent the law allows, Eulia's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or these terms is limited to US $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Governing law and courts
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any such dispute must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and Eulia agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Eulia may seek urgent relief to protect its rights in any court that has jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, including as part of a merger, sale or similar transaction.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The version posted when you use the site applies to that use.
